Travel With Pluggage

pluggage.jpg

Ohad Folman designed the Pluggage as a final project at ITP-NYC. Kinetic energy is captured from the wheels rotating via a generator/turbine and converted into electrical energy while a flexible solar power soaks up rays from the sun. The energy is then fed into a Duracell PowerSource Mobile 100 battery pack. Walking around for an hour can provide 45 minutes for a laptop, 9 hours on a cellphone or about 4 days of operation on a BlackBerry.
