Dow to Carry Solar Shingles

Apparently, Dow Chemicals will soon be in the solar shingle business as of next year. Because they can be integrated with asphalt, the CIGS (copper indium gallium diselenide) cells can operate on a higher than 10% efficiency and will cost 10 - 15% less on a per watt basis than the usual polysilicon cells.
