eBay Houses Solar System

When eBay in San Jose, CA, decided to go solar, they did it in a big way. The 650 kW system includes 3,248 panels placed over 60,000 sq. ft. on five buildings. Built last year, the installation will offset 37 million lbs. of CO2 in the next three decades. The company claims it will save about $100,000 in energy costs in its first year.
