Kiran - Solar Light For Only $10.00

d.light Design came up with a solar lantern that will only cost about $10.00. Designed for those in developing countries without access to power, the company used hundreds of hours testing the Kiran in rural India. The lamp can be carried, hung or left on any surface and has 9 different settings. After a day's solar charging (or 4 hours of AC,) it will provide up to 6 hours of bright light from its LEDs.
