Taiwan's AU Optomics Corporation created a "Solar Frisbee Roof" for the Taipei European School's playground equipment. The canopy is made with 32 21W photovoltaic modules that provide shade, shelter and a windbreak in bad weather and can also generate 6,205 kWh annually, which results in an estimated reduction of 3.95 tons of carbon emissions.
